Project Brief
Core Problem: The legacy website suffered from high bounce rates, fragmented visual identity, outdated layout structures, and poor mobile responsiveness. Users struggled to find key information due to deep, cluttered navigation menus. Primary Objectives: Rearchitect the entire site structure, establish a modern design language, optimize for search engines, and improve page speed performance to boost total dwell time and user engagement.

Ideation Process
Information Architecture: Restructured the site navigation into a shallow, 3-tier hierarchy to keep all primary content within two clicks of the homepage. Wireframing & UX Flow: Mapped out low-fidelity wireframes focusing on modular content blocks, scannable typography scales, and generous negative space to reduce cognitive overload.
Solution Arrived
Design & Execution: Created a fully responsive component-driven interface built on a strict auto-layout grid system. Integrated interactive hero sections, smooth hover states, and dynamic page-transition cues. Optimization & Handoff: Optimized all web graphics (using WebP/SVG standards) to ensure sub-2-second load times. Standardized layout tokens in Figma and delivered complete documentation for front-end implementation.
